It’s not hard to be upset or angry with another. Nor is it difficult to find something wrong with others. Ultimately though, carrying that sour energy, or worse yet, acting out your anger is going to cause you to feel pain. Extended periods of anger, where one feels humiliated, critical or bitter are markers of a dysegulated nervous system.
