We are in it now. The busy holiday time, that is. Seems like no matter what, there are moments of too much activity, interaction and stimulus. As soon as you notice that you’d benefit from a break, go ahead and pause. Take a moment to invite mindfulness of body and breath. This short mindful breathing practice of three, full inhalations and exhales resets your nervous system. You’ll be able to slow down and have more awareness. Doesn’t that sound good for any season?
Thanks to the folks at Destress Monday for the image, and their great work to cut down on stress.

I like this because it helps to keep one in awareness.
Awareness is pretty supportive to feeling a bit better, isn’t it? Thanks for commenting, Sharon.
I love the purple on you, dearest Mia!
Kit–Thank you! I think that purple is also great on you, yes? 🙂
